On Monday, Kristina and I commemorated our 18th anniversary, and we were determined to make it a special occasion. We were in the mood for something different this time around. Curious about what options awaited us, I accessed my Caesars Rewards account to explore available reservations for our preferred dates. Over time, I've discovered that this approach often leads to discovering complimentary accommodations that are not tied to any specific offer. Since our celebration fell on a Sunday and Monday night, I was optimistic that there would be a wide range of choices to consider.
While exploring Bally's, my attention was caught by the availability of a Jubilee Premium Suite, which happened to be one of the complimentary rooms offered to me. This particular suite boasts a spacious area of approximately 1,700 square feet, spread across two well-appointed rooms. After careful consideration, my companions and I unanimously agreed to seize this opportunity and opt for the Jubilee Premium Suite as our accommodation choice.
Bally's Jubilee Premium Suite - an exquisite accommodation option at Bally's Hotel and Casino.
The first thing that caught my attention when I stepped into the room at Bally's was its familiar atmosphere. It had that unmistakable charm that you would expect from a place like this. The room had undergone a renovation back in 2013, so it still retained some of its original features. Of course, there were signs of wear on the furnishings and doors, but nothing too concerning. Overall, it was in decent condition. However, I did notice a faint smell of smoke lingering in the air, even though it was designated as a nonsmoking room. It seemed the management was serious about maintaining a smoke-free environment, as a prominent placard on the bar reminded guests that smoking in the room would result in a hefty $500 fine.
The moment I entered the room, I was captivated by its exquisite design. The spacious bathroom, complete with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, was seamlessly connected to the bedroom, creating a harmonious flow. As I gazed out of the window, I was greeted with a breathtaking view of both the iconic Paris Las Vegas pool and tower, as well as the mesmerizing Bellagio fountain. Throughout my stay, I had the privilege of witnessing numerous spectacular shows from the comfort of my room. It was a surreal experience, especially when I noticed how deserted the sidewalk in front of the hotel was, adding an air of exclusivity to our stay.
Our first evening was a time to unwind and take it easy. To satisfy my hunger, I ventured to the food court at Bally's and indulged in a delicious meal from Sbarro. Fully satisfied, I made my way back to the comfort of our room. The following days were filled with excitement as I engaged in rounds of Big Split Poker. This exceptional video poker game holds certain resemblances to Pai Gow Poker, adding a touch of novelty to the experience. Little did I know that my skills at Big Split Poker would prove fruitful, as it helped cover the cost of our accommodation, ultimately leading to it being provided as a complimentary gesture.
Bugsy and Meyer's celebratory dining occasion
After returning to our place, my partner and I decided to enjoy a modest lunch to commemorate our special day. We intentionally kept it light to leave ample space in our stomachs for the upcoming dinner. Anticipating a remarkable dining experience, we secured a reservation at the renowned Bugsy and Meyer's Steakhouse, situated within the vibrant Flamingo establishment. To help with the expenses, I took advantage of my Diamond Celebration vouchers, which significantly reduced our final bill. Opting for a truly indulgent choice, we enthusiastically ordered the delectable tomahawk ribeye meant to be shared between the two of us. The steak surpassed our expectations in terms of flavor and tenderness, although it perplexed us that the accompanying steak knives struggled to cleanly slice through the succulent meat.
I made sure to mention on the reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary. As a special surprise, we received a delicious chocolate mousse topped with a sweet message in chocolate syrup to commemorate our special day.

Bally’s mini golf
To cap off our evening, we spontaneously embraced a touch of whimsy. Nestled downstairs near the sportsbook, Bally's boasted an arcade, complete with a charming little bowling alley and the captivating Twilight Zone by Monster Mini Golf. It dawned on us that engaging in a round of 18 holes to commemorate our 18th anniversary would be an ideal way to celebrate. Lo and behold, Kristina emerged victorious, outshining me with a mere couple of strokes. The whole experience was an absolute blast, as it had been a good decade since we last indulged in the delightful pastime of mini golf.
The mini golf course had ample spacing, ensuring a comfortable experience for all. To maintain crowd control, visitors were advised to schedule their appointments with a 10-minute gap between each party. Although walk-ins were allowed, it was subject to availability. Towards the end of our game, we encountered a slight congestion. Being a two-person group, we patiently stepped aside to allow the groups of three and four ahead of us to proceed first.
We returned to our room for the evening, concluding a truly remarkable 18th anniversary celebration.
