It was the last closed Las Vegas Strip casino. The property, once known as Barbary Coast and Bill\u2019s Gamblin\u2019 Hall, is owned by Caesars Entertainment.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The property is now restricted to those 21 years of age and older. An exception is made for GIADA patrons. That restaurant is open on Friday and Saturday nights.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We visited the property on the afternoon of the 30th. This is what we found. There is a photo gallery at the bottom of the post.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Cromwell is known for its improved gambling over other Las Vegas Strip casinos. Players will still find $10 3:2 blackjack and $25 single zero roulette. Craps offers 100 times odds.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is one major difference. The bank of quarter full pay games were removed from the floor. These machines offered games like Not-so-ugly Deuces Wild, as well as 9\/6 Bonus Poker Deluxe and Jacks or Better. The best game video poker game I found now is 7\/5 Bonus Poker. The machines are bubble craps, double zero roulette and 6:5 blackjack.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/epicesquire\/status\/1321915400867651585\">some other news<\/a> out of Cromwell beyond the gaming. Eatwell had some good specials that included the Barbary Dogs. Those are no longer available. The Eatwell menu is limited to a few items right now. It opens at 6am daily. It closes at 5pm Thursday through Sunday and 9pm Monday through Wednesday.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drai\u2019s After Hours cannot reopen in its normal capacity as a nightclub. It modified its floor and is now <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.8newsnow.com\/news\/local-news\/drais-after-hours-to-reopen-as-drais-lounge\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drai\u2019s Lounge<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We checked out the other Caesars properties in the area while we were there. The minimum bet for a 3:2 blackjack game at Flamingo, Harrah\u2019s and Linq is $25. Harrah\u2019s and Linq had some $5 proprietary table games on this Friday afternoon. The options with that minimum included Crazy4Poker and High Card Flush. The Flamingo games had a $10 minimum.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One other note from this trip involves Casino Royale. The table games are still not there. I spoke to employees on the floor.
