The Mandalay Bay<\/a> poker room reopened on July 22, 2021. This was after it had been closed since March 2020. It was converted into a BetMGM lounge for some of that time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 10 tables at the Mandalay Bay poker room. It opens Wednesday through Monday between 10am to 3am. The poker room is closed on Tuesdays. Cash games and tournaments are dealt at the Mandalay Bay poker room. Our review has all the details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mandalay Bay cash games<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The main cash game at the Mandalay Bay poker room is 1\/2 no limit Texas Hold\u2019em. The buy-in is $100 to $300. There may be a 1\/3 game with a $300 to $1,000 buy-in if it is busy. It is rare to see any other cash games dealt at the Mandalay Bay poker room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mandalay Bay poker tournaments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

There are daily tournaments at 1pm and 8pm every day the Mandalay Bay poker room is open. The buy-in is $60 and has 15-minute levels. There is a $100 no-limit hold’em tournament every Saturday at 8pm in the Mandalay Bay poker room. It has a 20k starting stack with 20-minute levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mandalay Bay poker promotions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The high hands promotion is set at 10am Wednesday through Sunday. On Wednesdays through Sundays, it is $200 four times each day. On Mondays, it is $200 twice each day. Jacks full or better are needed to qualify. This is in addition to the high hand payouts for quads or better hands. Players who give at least 15 hours of cash game action get a free entry into the Saturday night $100 tournament. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The poker room at Mandalay Bay borders the sportsbook. This gives it a great vibe on game days. It can also increase the number of games. It is otherwise a relaxed poker room with a mix of locals and visitors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
