The North end of the Las Vegas Strip<\/a> is where most of the affordable blackjack games are available. Players looking for higher-limit blackjack games with great rules will find those, starting at $50, on this part of the Strip. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Las Vegas Blackjack Survey breaks the Strip into three sections. We consider casinos from Treasure Island and Venetian north to the Strat to be part of the North Las Vegas Strip. North Las Vegas Strip blackjack by casino<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We collected the following information in the summer of 2023. The minimum bets shown are what we predict are <\/span>the lowest you will find, often in the mornings and afternoons. Expect higher minimums during busy times, especially for the 6:5 blackjack tables. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Circus Circus<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Circus Circus<\/a> no longer deals any 3:2 blackjack games. This includes live, video, or stadium. There is an eight-deck $10 Double Exposure game and a $10 6:5 standard one. There is $3 video blackjack offered. <\/span>The pit closes on graveyard shifts Monday through Thursday nights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Encore<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Encore<\/a> has six different blackjack games at present. Encore’s blackjack starts at $15 for a 6:5 six-deck game<\/a>. There are $25 Blackjack Switch and 6:5 Free Bet Blackjack tables. We found the six-deck 3:2 game also starting at a $25 minimum bet, though it often goes to $50 when busy. Players may double down before and after splitting. Surrender and re-split aces are also offered. This game is available with the dealer standing on soft 17 in high limit for $100. There is also a $100 double-deck game with doubling down available both before and after splitting. Double-deck blackjack<\/a> hits soft 17. <\/span>Video blackjack pays 6:5 and starts at $5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Palazzo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The minimum bet for blackjack at Palazzo<\/a> is $15. That gets players a 6:5 eight-deck or 6:5 Free Bet Blackjack game<\/span>. Spanish 21 with a 3:2 payout is often available with a $25 minimum. For $50, players <\/span>get a $50 3:2 six-deck table that adds surrender and re-split aces. <\/span>The $50 double-deck blackjack game now pays 6:5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A $200 six-deck game in the high-limit salon stands on all 17\u2019s, whereas the other standard blackjack tables hit on soft 17. The 3:2 double-deck blackjack game is now $100. <\/span>There are $5 6:5 and 3:2 blackjack machines available. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resorts World<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

There are four blackjack games at Resorts World<\/a>. One is a 6:5 that starts at $25. It uses a continuous shuffling machine. Free Bet Blackjack is also $25. It pays 6:5. These games hit soft 17. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The high-limit blackjack games start at $100. The six-deck table pays 3:2, stands on all 17’s, and offers surrender and re-split aces one time. Double-deck blackjack with doubling down before and after splitting is also available. It hits soft 17 and has a $200 minimum. Video blackjack with a 6:5 payout starts at $1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sahara<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

There are four blackjack games at Sahara<\/a>. 6:5 Free Bonus starts at $10. A 6:5 shoe (six or eight decks) is $15. For $25, there is 3:2 eight-deck blackjack with a double-down before and after splitting. This game is not always open. A $50 six-deck game in the high-limit area stands on all 17\u2019s, and also allows surrender and re-split aces. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Strat<\/a> deals four blackjack games. Six-deck blackjack is offered for a $10 minimum. Many of the six-deck blackjack pays 6:5 and has double-down before and after splitting. The other six-deck tables add re-splitting aces and pay 3:2. These usually start at $15, but you may find one for $10 during the slowest hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a high-limit, six-deck blackjack offering a double-down both before and after splitting, surrender, and re-splitting aces.<\/span> This game stands on all 17\u2019s for $100. A double-deck game is dealt for $25 with doubling down allowed before and after splitting. Video 6:5 blackjack starts at $3. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Treasure Island<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Treasure Island<\/a> is one of the best casinos for low-limit blackjack on the Las Vegas Strip. The $15 3:2 six-deck tables offer a double-down before and after splitting, surrendering, and re-splitting aces and hits on soft 17. It is $10 during the slowest hours. This game stands on all 17\u2019s for a $50 minimum in high-limit. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At TI, there’s also a $15 double-deck blackjack game that pays 3:2 and allows a double-down both before and after splitting. There is a $50 version of this game in high-limit that stands on all 17\u2019s. High-limit is only open during peak hours. Single-deck blackjack<\/a> is available for $15. It pays 6:5.<\/span> Stadium 3:2 blackjack starts at $1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Venetian<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The blackjack selection at Venetian<\/a> is like that at its sister casino, Palazzo. A 6:5 eight-deck game and 6:5 Free Bet Blackjack start at $15. Spanish 21 with a<\/span> 3:2 payout is offered for $25. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It takes a $50 minimum bet for a seat at a 3:2 game. <\/span>You get a six-deck game that adds surrender and re-split aces. A $200 six-deck game spread in high-limit stands on all 17\u2019s and otherwise has the same rules as the $50 game.<\/span> There is 3:2 double-deck blackjack available in high-limit. The $50 double-deck blackjack now pays 6:5. Video 6:5 blackjack starts at $5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wynn<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Wynn<\/a> has six blackjack games in its Las Vegas Strip casino. The lowest limit available is $25. That will get you Blackjack Switch, 6:5 Free Bet Blackjack, or six-deck blackjack. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Six-deck 3:2 blackjack starts at $50. It allows doubling down before and after splitting, plus surrender and re-splitting aces. There is a $200 version of this game in high-limit that also stands on all 17\u2019s. There is also a $100 double-deck table with doubling down permitted both before and after splitting. This $100 double-deck game hits soft 17.<\/span> Video 6:5 blackjack starts at $5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No table games at Casino Royale or Slots A Fun<\/span> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Casino Royale no longer deals any table games. They were removed during the pandemic. I was told on the property on three separate visits that there are no plans to bring the games back. We have not found any video blackjack at Casino Royale since the tables closed.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slots A Fun has $3 video blackjack. It pays 6:5 and hits soft 17. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            Electronic table games offer lower limits. Treasure Island offers 3:2 blackjack on its stadium. It has a $1 minimum bet during the week and $3 on weekends. It stands on soft 17. Palazzo has one machine that pays 3:2 on blackjack for a $5 minimum bet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                Blackjack Switch<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                                Encore and Wynn deal Blackjack Switch. In this game, the player must bet on two hands. The player may switch a card between hands. Blackjack pays even money. The dealer pushes on 22. We found $25 minimum bets at Encore and Wynn, though it goes up during busy hours. $50 is needed to get dealt a hand in a $25 game.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                Double Exposure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                                Circus Circus is the only Las Vegas casino that deals Double Exposure Blackjack. This is where both dealer cards are shown. Ties lose. Blackjack pays even money but always wins. The minimum bet is usually $10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                Free Bet Blackjack 6:5<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                                Free Bet Blackjack is by far the most popular blackjack variant in Las Vegas. The house edge on the 3:2 game is about 1%. It is about 2.4% at 6:5 games. Only 6:5 games are dealt on this part of the Strip. The player gets a free double down on 9, 10, and 11. Pairs that do not have a value of 10 may be split for free. To offset this, the dealer pushes on 22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                Venetian and Palazzo start 6:5 Free Bet Blackjack at $15. It is usually $25 at Encore, Resorts World, and Wynn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                Free Bet Bonus 6:5<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                                Free Bonus Blackjack is available at Sahara. It is like Free Bet Blackjack. Blackjack pays 6:5. The minimum bet is $10 or $15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                Spanish 21<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                                Venetian and Palazzo are back to the only casinos in Las Vegas that deal Spanish 21. It is the best option for lower-limit players at these luxury casinos, though there is a strategy that needs to be learned first.
